Xuanfeng · AI Growth & SEO

I build products — and personally verify how they win users.

I'm an indie developer, SEO practitioner, and AI product growth operator.

I focus on SEO, GEO, AI product growth, and monetization validation for global markets — from search demand discovery, positioning, and MVP to Google organic traffic, AI Search, conversion, and continuous optimization, I keep testing growth methods on real products.

Not just studying growth — continuously practicing it on real products.

03 · About

I'm not a traditional SEO — I call myself an AI Growth Operator

I'm an indie developer, SEO practitioner, and AI product growth operator. For the past few years, I've been doing one thing:

Find real demandBuild the product fastAcquire usersAnalyze dataOptimize conversionValidate the business model

What I care about isn't just:

"How much search volume does this keyword have?"

It's:

  • Why are users searching for it?
  • Can this demand become a product?
  • What kind of page actually earns the click?
  • Why do users use the product after landing on it?
  • Why do they sign up? Why do they pay?
  • Can SEO traffic ultimately compound into a sustainable growth model?

So the way I work is closer to:

SEO × Product × Growth × CRO

I like building products myself. Only by facing real users, search data, and product data can you tell whether a growth strategy actually works.

04 · Capabilities

The problem I solve isn't SEO alone — it's growth

01

Search Intent

Finding product opportunities in user searches

Keyword research, SERP analysis, search intent, competitor research — and spotting latent product demand in search behavior.

02

SEO Growth

Earning sustained organic search traffic

Site architecture, topic clusters, landing pages, internal linking, programmatic SEO, technical SEO, and Google Search Console data analysis.

03

Product-led SEO

Making SEO pages the product entrance themselves

Not just producing content — connecting Search Query → Landing Page → Product → User Action.

04

CRO & Monetization

Traffic is not the end — user behavior is

Analyzing user behavior through signups, core feature usage, trials, and payments — then continuously optimizing product experience, landing pages, free credits, paywalls, and the conversion funnel.

05

GEO / AI Search

From Search Engine to Answer Engine

Studying how easily a site is understood, content is retrieved, information is citable, the brand forms a clear entity, third-party content shapes the AI’s perception of the brand, and how to measure AI Search Visibility across ChatGPT, Google AI, Perplexity, and Gemini.

ChatGPTGoogle AIPerplexityGemini

I don't treat GEO as a bag of mysterious tricks — I treat it as a new growth channel to experiment with continuously.

05 · Selected Work

Real projects, not paper talk

I practice SEO, product growth, and monetization across different kinds of internet products — SaaS, AI, games, and tools — around one core question:

How do you start from real demand and win real users?

Animot

From AI Motion Control to Photo-to-Dance

AI VideoSEOSearch IntentProduct Growth

Animot is an AI photo / video animation product. While continuously analyzing search terms, Search Console, and user behavior, I gradually discovered:

What users really want to solve isn't complex Motion Control.

It's a far more direct need:

Make a photo dance.

So the product and its SEO expanded toward more explicit search demand:

The product now spans two directions — AI Motion Control and AI Dance — each with dedicated landing pages built around distinct search intents.

This project validated one thing for me:

SEO is not just a traffic channel — it can be a feedback system for product direction.

Games

Imposter Game Generator

Winning organic traffic in global game search markets

Game SEOSearch DemandInternational SEO

A browser-based social deduction game for a global audience — no download, no signup, playable instantly in the browser. Its public pages now cover multiple countries and languages, with a fairly complete system of games, rules, and themes.

This project tests: how to capture game demand with explicit search intent, and catch that search traffic with the product experience itself.

Poople Game

From one game demand to sustainable search traffic

Game SEOViral SearchOrganic Growth

Exploring an SEO growth model for entertainment products through the game itself, search demand, and user sharing behavior.

The core question: how can a game grow on both search demand and user sharing at the same time?

Focus: Search Intent · Game SEO · Organic Acquisition · Engagement · Shareability · Monetization

Tools

Blockposter

A tool can be an SEO landing page itself

Tool SEOProduct-led SEOSearch Intent

Blockposter is an online image-to-printable-poster tool. Users arrive not to read an article, but with one very explicit task:

"I want to print this image as a giant poster."

So the page is designed around the path below. Users upload an image, pick a size, and get a printable PDF directly — no signup, no watermark, right in the browser.

What I care about most: making the SEO page itself the product — not content around it.

06 · Overseas Website Growth

Beyond AI — I've also run end-to-end overseas website growth

From traditional B2B trade to DTC e-commerce, I know the full chain of building an overseas site and acquiring customers.

01

B2B Go-Global

Building B2B websites for overseas Google search markets — keyword research, product pages, industry pages, content systems, and SEO to win overseas inquiries.

Keywords: B2B SEO · Product SEO · Lead Generation · Google Search

02

WordPress

Hands-on experience running WordPress sites end to end — site architecture, page building, SEO, analytics, and ongoing operations.

03

Shopify

Experienced with Shopify store setup, product pages, SEO, Google Ads, and e-commerce conversion optimization.

04

Google Ads

Acquiring precise overseas traffic through Google Ads search campaigns, continuously improved with landing pages and conversion data.

07 · SEO × GEO Methodology

From Search Engine to Answer Engine

Search is changing.

Before

User searches → Google → clicks a site

Now

User asks → AI Search → AI understands → filters → generates the answer

So what I watch now isn't just Google Ranking, but also AI Search Visibility.

  1. 01

    Search Intent

Understand the problem the user actually wants solved first — not the keyword list.

  2. 02

    SERP Reverse Engineering

Study what Google currently ranks: Who ranks? Why? What problem does the page solve? What does the user actually need?

  3. 03

    Topical Architecture

Build complete topical coverage with topic clusters, internal linking, landing pages, and supporting content.

  4. 04

    Product-led SEO

Make Search → Page → Product → Action one complete loop.

  5. 05

    GEO / AI Search

Make the site understandable not just to search engines, but discoverable, understandable, retrievable, citable, and recommendable to AI systems — and keep testing visibility across real AI Search scenarios on real projects.

08 · Growth Process

Demand → Product → Traffic → Conversion

This is how I usually think about a new project.

  1. 01

    Find Demand

Find demand that really exists. Google Search, SERP, AI Search, communities, competitors.

  2. 02

    Validate Opportunity

Judge: search demand, competition, monetization, product feasibility.

  3. 03

    Build Fast

Build the MVP fast with AI and modern dev tools.

  4. 04

    Get Traffic

SEO, Google Ads, backlinks, social, community.

  5. 05

    Study Behavior

Watch what users actually do via GSC, GA4, and product analytics.

  6. 06

    Optimize

Landing page, onboarding, free credits, pricing, paywall, internal linking.

  7. 07

    Scale or Kill

If data says continue: scale. If not: kill.

09 · Philosophy

Real growth isn't ranking a keyword at #1.

It is finding a real demand, building a product people actually use, and letting search, product, and monetization reinforce each other.
